Okiagari-Koboshi is the name given to small, traditional Japanese dolls made of papier-mâché.
These dolls always return to an upright position regardless of the pressure or tilt applied to them.
It is the ancestor of the roly-poly toy.
They symbolize perseverance and resilience.
These are also made of papier-mâché and measure up to 90 cm in height.
